OperationalRecruitment : As per the sanctioned Manpower Budget Sourcing of CVs through (Internal Employees, State Heads , Portals, Consultants),Driving Selection process, Issuing z Offer letters, Driving Campus Hiring , Walk ins Etc Executing HR Policies : Executing existing HR policies and systems as per mandate given by HODInduction: Guiding new managers about induction process and follow ups for First Days ReportSeparation Management: Conducting detailed Exit interviews ( with state head and with respective emp.)
