Job Description
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES. Financial ExcellenceEffective negotiation with the vendorsto ensure cost minimization with quality output.Timely executionof the administrative task within the negotiated cost.To ensure cost reductionby efficient maintenance of Electrical accessories, air conditioning in HO and other establishments/guest houses.Proactively analyze and negotiatevarious annual maintenance services for smooth functioning of the establishment.Maintenance: Ensure timely renewal and compliance of AMCs (Annual Maintenance Contracts) across all establishments.Asset and Facility Oversight: Ensure compliance with insurance policies and license agreements, while negotiating renewals for cost minimization.. Operational ExcellenceMonitor the performanceof security, housekeeping, and canteen service providers to ensure quality.Oversee office boys, drivers, and security staff, including duty allocations and performance tracking.Maintain company-owned assets, such as vehicles, water dispensers, vending machines, and telecom systems.Ensure seamless functioningof office facilities.Plan and execute logistical supportfor departmental events and conferences.Ensure timely renewaland functioning of essential services like air conditioning, plumbing, pest control, etc.. People/ Customer ExcellenceCoordinate with HO employeesand guest houses.Resolve queriesas per company policy within timelines.Briefing and trainingto all housekeeping staff, office boys, and guest house caretakers.Ensure recruitment and retentionof guest house caretakers and support staff.Facilitate hassle-free servicesfor employees, including transportation and food.Monitor canteen food qualityto ensure satisfaction.Support conferences and eventsensuring excellent service delivery and smooth operations.Provide timely responsesto employee needs and support requests..
