Job Description
- Operational ExcellenceEnsure procurement and material availability for domestic and export packaging.Conduct price negotiations and finalize vendor agreements.Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams for smooth procurement operations.Manage inventory and safety stock to reduce delivery cycle time.Develop alternative vendors based on quality, cost, and lead time considerations.Support R&D in new product developments and approvals.Financial ExcellenceImplement cost-saving initiatives through material substitution, specification changes, and lead-time reduction.Prepare and manage the yearly procurement budget.Submit MIS reports and ensure accurate tracking of open PR and PO data.Quality ExcellenceEnsure compliance with quality standards by coordinating with CQA.Manage vendor documentation, pre- and post-audit arrangements, and complaint handling.Oversee CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and ensure quality compliance in procurement.Customer ExcellenceCollaborate with R&D teams for new product development and packaging improvements.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the supply chain and procurement efficiency..
