Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Operational ExcellenceTravel Expenses Management:Monitor and verify monthly travel expenses of SMZSM, DSM, Sr. RBMs, and RBMs across Athena, Zuventus, and Generia.Ensure expenses are within budgetary limits and in compliance with company policies.Coordinate with respective teams for necessary approvals and documentation.Daily Call Reports & Tour Programs:Review and validate work areas covered on specific dates based on daily call reports.Ensure accuracy and authenticity of tour programs and adherence to assigned territories.Monitor DCR (Daily Call Report), TP (Tour Program), and TCP (Territorial Coverage Plan) on a daily basis.Training Programs:Attend training programs regularly and ensure timely reimbursement of travel expenses.Financial ExcellenceRepresentation of Sales Administration during BTP:Act as a key representative for the sales administration team during Business Transition Periods.Assist in aligning sales admin activities with ongoing BTP processes.Full & Final Settlement of Resigned Employees:Manage due travel expenses for resigned employees.Prepare and process financial settlements in BSC (Business Settlement Compliance) format.Ensure NDC (No Dues Certificate) completion before final settlement processing.CME/RTM & Branch Office Expenses:Verify CME (Continuing Medical Education) and RTM (Regional Training Meeting) expenses for all divisions and branch offices across India.Ensure timely advance reimbursement and payments for CME/RTM activities and branch office expenses.Travel Expense Management:Verify traveling expenses of RBMs and ensure timely submission of the same (all divisions) to the accounts department.Learning & GrowthDevelopment Initiatives:Acquire new ideas for smoother work operations and implement new skills to enhance productivity and time management.Quality ExcellenceService & Support:Strive to offer the best services and experiences to field staff while meeting their requirements within the company&#;s policy framework..
