Mr. Alhad Mahajani, Vice President - Marketing, brings over 29 years of invaluable expertise to the Zuventus leadership team. His impressive career spans more than two decades in the realm of marketing. He is a visiting faculty member at various institutes, including the Institute of Chemical Technology, where he shares his wealth of knowledge and industry insights with future generations of professionals, nurturing their growth and development.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Mahajani is an avid reader with a keen interest in diverse subjects, enriching his perspectives and fostering a continuous learning mindset. Additionally, he actively engages in sports, leveraging the discipline and teamwork ethos gained from athletic endeavours to further enhance his leadership acumen.

Dr. Bhupesh Dewan is the esteemed Director of Medical Services at Zuventus Healthcare Limited. His illustrious career spans across several facets of the pharmaceutical landscape. Dr. Dewan holds an M.D. in Pharmacology from GMC Amritsar and brings to the table over 28 years of invaluable experience garnered from his tenure with top pharmaceutical companies. His professional journey includes significant roles at renowned organizations such as German Remedies, Emcure, Medley, and international exposure in England with Parexel International Inc. His remarkable contributions are exemplified by his involvement in conducting over 100 clinical trials and publishing research papers in international and national peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Dewan's expertise has been instrumental in introducing more than 20 products for the first time in India, showcasing his profound clinical and regulatory experience.

At Zuventus, Dr. Dewan is pivotal in the development and advancement of a diverse range of drugs across several therapeutic areas, including his expertise in ‘Chiral’ molecules. His extensive Indian regulatory experience includes conducting over 50 product-related meetings with the Drug Controller General of India (DCGI), coupled with his adeptness in dealing with International Health Regulatory Authorities such as the USFDA and EMEA. Dr. Dewan's commitment to medical education is evident through his vast experience in conducting product-relatedlectures,contributing to over 1500 Continuous Medical Education sessions in India and abroad. His dedication to sharing knowledge and insights underscores his passion for advancing the medical field.

Mr. Vijay Gokhale is an Independent and Non-executive Director of the Company. He is a graduate from the University of Delhi. He joined the Indian foreign services in 1981 and retired as foreign secretary in 2020. He has been in the past appointed as a High Commissioner of India to Malaysia, Ambassador of India to the Federal Republic of Germany and the People’s Republic of China

Dr. Shailesh Ayyangar has been on the Board since 2021. He is having over 35 years of experience in healthcare, has gained deep experience in Pharmaceutical R&D, Biologicals, Pharmaceutical operations, Animal Health, Consumer Healthcare & Strategic M&A. He has been associated in building businesses and launching some of the biggest brands in healthcare industry.

For nearly 18 years, Dr. Ayyangar was the member of International Leadership Team and Country Chair for India & South Asia running all business interests of the Sanofi Group including Pharmaceuticals, Specialty care, Vaccines, Animal Health and Consumer Healthcare. He built the business from its infancy to bringing it to be amongst the most respected and fast growing MNCs in India & South Asia. He was also involved in global & national M&A activities and innovative partnerships (Apollo Sugar Clinics). One of the longest serving Country Chairs in the country and region.

Dr. Ayyangar served 14 years at GSK, during which he was the Head of Tropical Medicine R&D group in the United Kingdom for 5 years and Exec VP, GSK India & MD, Bangladesh. Currently, Dr. Ayyangar is a Senior Advisor at Goldman Sachs Life Sciences Council, Member of the Board of Governors at IIM, Ranchi, Member of the Governing Council at the Cancer Cure Fund of Indian Cancer Society, Chairman of the Noveltech Feeds Private Limited (Fully Owned sub of Goldman Sachs) and Independent Director at the Shaily Engineering and Plastics Limited, Baroda

Dr. Ayyangar is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (Gujarat Veterinary College, Anand, India), has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (MBA) from IIM, Ahmedabad, India and has also completed the Advance Management Program (AMP) from INSEAD, Fontainblue, France.

Dr. Ayyangar is also the recipient of one of the highest civilian awards from President of France: “Officier de l’ordre national du merite”, 2016.

Mr. Shreekant Bapat is a Non-Executive Non Independent Director of our Company. He has been associated with the Company since 2002. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Pune. He is an erstwhile officer of the Indian Police Service having held senior positions with the Government of India and the Government of Maharashtra such as Additional Director General of Police. He is a recipient of the Police medal for meritorious service from the President of India. He was also a President of the Hindu Foundation from September 1999 until April 2006.

Mr. Sanjay Rajanikant Mehta is a Non-executive Director of the Company. He is a graduate in Commerce from the Pune University. He has been associated with pharma industry for more than two decades. He is on the Board of the Company since 2006.

Mrs. Namita Thapar is a Non-executive Director of the Company. She is a graduate in Commerce from the Pune University. She is a Certified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and received her MBA from the Fuqua School of Business in 2001. Prior to returning home to India, she worked in the US for Glaxo and Guidant (now Abbott) in various finance roles.

Mrs. Thapar is also the Founder and CEO of Incredible Ideas Ltd, a franchisee of Young Entrepreneurs Academy, USA, which brings innovative entrepreneurship education to middle and high school students in India.

She is on the Board of the Company since 2012.

Mr. Prakash Kumar Guha is the Managing Director of the Company. He is a graduate in Science from the Utkal University. Mr. Guha worked as a Deputy Managing Director in Wander Limited. He also held position of President in Alkem Laboratories Limited. Mr. Guha is a founder member of the Company and has been associated with the Company since 2002.

Mr. Satish Ramanlal Mehta is the Chairman of the Company. He is a graduate in Science and a post graduate in Chemistry from the Pune University. He also holds a post graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Mr. Mehta has vast experience in the pharmaceutical industry. His leadership has made our Company a major player in the pharmaceutical industry. He is on the Board of the Company since 2002
